Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

All affiliate earnings are withheld for a minimum period of 60 days. Any orders which are cancelled or deemed to be fraudulent within that time will have the commission earnings reversed.
There is a minimum balance requirement of $13.02. This means we will not payout until you have earned at least $13.02.
We can do EFT's within South Africa, as well as Paypal for both local and international affiliates.
You may of course use your affiliate commission as a credit on your own hosting account.

Acceptable Usage Policy

You may place your affiliate links as signatures in forums, blogs, or as links / banners / buttons on your own website or as signatures in your emails.
You may use the banners and graphics / text that we provide in the affiliates section, or you may use your own images and text. If we disapprove your custom graphic or link you MUST immediately remove / change it to comply.
You may not EVER promote our services through ANY spam techniques. This includes email / forum / blog / twitter, etc spam. If you are found to be promoting our service by spam, we will immediatley terminate your account and you will forfeit all unpaid earnings.

Termination of Service

You may terminate your account at any stage. If you terminate your account, the normal 60 day commission hold back will apply, and any fraudulent or cancelled services will be reversed.
PHP-Web-Host.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any stage for any reason. This is to protect our brand. Should we terminate your account, it will be at our sole discretion as to whether we will make any payments on that account.
