How to upgrade / downgrade your hosting account.

As your hosting needs grow (or shrink), you are able to upgrade your hosting package, or downgrade your hosting package according to your website's needs. Upgrading your web hosting package is easy.
First, navigate to www.php-web-host.com. In the left hand navigation, click on the link “Client Sign In”.
This will take you to the client portal home. In the client portal, click on the first link, “Client Area”.
Once in the client area, click on the top navigation link called “My products and services”. This will list your current service.
Find the package you would like to upgrade in the list and then click on the icon in the right to manage that hosting package.
In the product details page, scroll to the bottom and click on the button called “Upgrade / downgrade Package”.
This will take you to the next screen in which you can select the new package you would like.
Make your selection and click on the button called “Click to continue” directly underneath your selection.
On the next page, select your payment method, then click on the button labelled “Click to continue”.
The next page will be the invoice for the upgraded service. Remember, within the invoice you can change your billing method.
Upgrades will need to be approved by the billing department, so it may take up to 24 hours for the upgrade or downgrade to take effect.
