Should you exceed the traffic allowances for 3 consecutive months, you will be required to move the a package with enough traffic allowances. This means that should you exceed your bandwidth allowance for one specific month then you will not be penalised or required to move to another package. This means that if you promote your website and get a sudden but temporary surge in traffic, you won't get a huge bill at the end of the month.
