I must commend John Mc Murray for his unwavering effort in getting my web domain and web hosting transferred from Telkom Business. He continually updated me on the progress as he had to do a manual domain name update direct with Uniforum S.A. for the reason that Telkom ignored Softsmarts numerous requests for the domain transfer. Once the domain name was updated my web files were also uploaded by John and my web site was online again within 5 minutes. Well done John and Softsmart. Thank you. Terry Bellars

My previous hosting company couldn't even setup my new Joomla site or MySql db. It took them 3days! After which I decided to host with php-web-host. Easy easy setup, took me an hour to get my site up and running. John is very helpful and professional, he actually knows hosting and what clients need. Keep up the good work! We\'re trying to get a website transferred to php-web-host.com\'s servers. This site was hosted by hostcow.co.za, but they have been hacked and the client lost all their mails and hosted files. What a mess. We\'ll try getting her back up to speed again in no time on our servers (which are backed up every day to prevent this type of rubbish!)
